    Dr. Fitzgerald, Ph.D., Ed.D., J.D. specializes in various areas of oil and gas law which started in the early 1980’s.

    Dr. Fitzgerald teaches the Energy Land Management Certificate Program and the MBA program in Energy Management and is a Distinguished visiting Industry expert in Energy Management and Petroleum Land Practices in the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
